The proportional dosing valve PDV 04 is an endless dosing valve and consists of an electrically driven piston dosing unit. Due to the dosing principle with endless piston, an uninterrupted dosing of freely selectable volumes from a quantity of 0.004cm³ is possible.
The electronic monitoring ensures a process-safe dosing procedure.
The PDV 04 operates electromechanically and does not require a pneumatic connection.
The PDV 04 is parameterized and controlled via the control system of the DS 02 dosing system, thus enabling continuous or clocked dosing. The standard interface to higher-level controls, e.g. for starting or stopping, is via digital I/Os.
Other interfaces, Profinet, are possible.
The compact and space-saving proportional dosing system PDV 04 is designed for stationary as well as mobile use, e.g. on robots, and is connected to the control DS 02 via a cable set of up to 5 meters in length. The maintenance-friendly arrangement of the seal packages has also been implemented for the PDV 04 in accordance with our new metering valve series.
